A revolving door appears to be sweeping The Hollywood Reporter: CEO Richard "Mad Dog" Beckman has reportedly been stripped of his chief responsibilities, including running the day-to-day operations of Prometheus Global Media, which owns THR along with Billboard, AdWeek, and Backstage. The announcement that Beckman would be leaving came shortly after THR Publisher Lori Burgess lost her post. Beckman wrote in an internal memo to his staff that he was handing over day-to-day duties to Chairman Jimmy Finkelstein, who recruited him to be CEO back in 2010. One insider told the New York Post that Beckman was "getting diminished, but he is not being pushed out."
