Looks like there might be a new boss in Alyssa Milano’s house: A baby. The actress gave birth to her first child, a boy, Wednesday morning, her publicist confirmed. Milano, 38, and her husband, David Bugliari, named their son Milo Thomas Bugliari. The baby weighed in at seven pounds and was 19 inches long. Milano and Bugliari, a Hollywood agent, married in August 2009.
