Pulitzers are in, and Donna Tartt has taken the top fiction prize for her novel, The Goldfinch, praised by the committee as "a beautifully written coming-of-age novel with exquisitely drawn characters." For general nonfiction, Dan Fagin's story for The New York Times called "Toms River: A Story of Science and Salvation." And the drama category was won by Annie Baker for the dramatic play, The Flick.
