Stepping out onto the red carpet, Stone showed off a brand new pixie cut for the first time, seemingly confirming fan speculation that she had shaved off her hair for a new film. In October last year, Stone was seen filming Yorgos Lanthimos’ new film Bugonia, where she was pictured wearing a hat tight on her head, sparking rumors that she had cut off all her hair for the undisclosed role. The actress paired her new hairdo with a custom strapless red gown and satin bow from Louis Vuitton Sunday night. While Stone is not nominated for an award this year, she attended as the reigning winner of the Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy) category where she won the coveted award last year for her performance in Lanthimos’ Poor Things.
