Elon Musk has rolled out another on brand gag about his gig at the White House, calling himself “tech support.” The billionaire “first buddy” of President Donald Trump made his money in—you guessed it—tech, but his role within his new unelected governmental post revolves around slashing federal spending with his young DOGE goon squad. The troupe of young men, all under 26-years-old, will report to the man who changed his X bio to “White House Tech Support” last night, sending his fans on his social media platform into laughter. One “crypto enthusiast” fan shared four crying laughing emojis under a post, using a meme to describe the move from Musk to change his bio as “savage.” Someone called “Authentic Alpha” said: “Elon’s trolling at max settings.” A new memecoin “celebrating Elon Musk’s new role at the White House” also popped up at the same time, with an accompanying X account and professional-looking website. The memecoin has been live for less than 24 hours and has 539 holders and peaked at $597,390 before settling at $327,000 at the time of writing.
