Mark Cuban is selling his majority stake in the Dallas Mavericks to casino magnate Sheldon Adelson’s late widow Miriam, reports said. The agreement would value the NBA team at roughly $3.5 billion, according to The Athletic reporter Shams Charania. It also includes a rather unique arrangement: Cuban is set to retain his position as the head of basketball operations. The Shark Tank host and entrepreneur has owned the team since 2000.
