Megyn Kelly’s starting a podcast network—and partnering with former NBC News colleague Mark Halperin, whose sexual misconduct allegations she once publicly aired.
Kelly’s MK Media will encompass both video and audio projects focused on news and entertainment, joining a series of podcast hosts—including Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper and HBO’s Bill Maher—in launching their own network. The network will launch with shows by Daily Mail columnist Maureen Callahan, political commentator Link Lauren, and Halperin.
“I’m thrilled to launch MK Media and to use our platform to help sane, reasonable, good-humored people build their own followings in this new media space,” Kelly said in a statement on her website. “I am a huge fan of Mark’s, Maureen’s and Link’s and I know our audience will be as excited as I am to hear more from them.”

Kelly’s daily show The Megyn Kelly Show will still premiere exclusively on SiriusXM, a source confirmed to the Daily Beast.
Kelly’s effusive praise of Halperin came years after she roped him in with multiple men accused of sexual misconduct during a 2017 segment on her NBC morning news show at the height of the #MeToo movement.
“This is the morning news these days!” Kelly said to start an episode of Megyn Kelly Today. “The numbers are growing so quickly, it’s hard to keep track of all the men accused of not just sexual misconduct, predatory, predatory sexual behavior.”
After rattling off a list of names including Harvey Weinstein, Bill O’Reilly, and Donald Trump, Kelly referenced Halperin’s suspension earlier that day after a CNN report that said five women accused him of groping them during his tenure at ABC News. Halperin has denied some of the allegations.
“And then breaking just this morning, journalist and NBC political analyst Mark Halperin stands accused of sexual harassment,” she said.
Since the episode, Kelly seems to have repaired her relationship with Halperin, who has since launched his own network 2Way. She has brought him on multiple episodes of her show, most recently earlier this month to comment on Democrats' response to Trump’s joint address to Congress.
A spokesperson for Kelly did not respond to an immediate request for comment.
She is not the only former Halperin critic to partner with him. Meghan McCain, who attacked Halperin over the allegations on both Twitter and The View, launched a twice-a-week show on 2Way last month.
She said in a statement at the time that she believed in giving Halperin “the presumption of grace and forgiveness as I would like it in return.”
