A day after the Supreme Court cleared the way for same-sex marriage in Oklahoma, Utah, Indiana, Virgina, and Wisconsin, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Idaho and Nevada’s bans on gay marriage are unconstitutional. Monday’s Supreme Court decision to not hear appeals against rulings that legalized gay marriage led to clerks across the country immediately issuing marriage licenses. Thirty-two states now have same-sex marriage, up from 19 just two days ago.
