Patty Jenkins Is Back to Direct ‘Wonder Woman 2’

Patty Jenkins is officially returning to direct Wonder Woman 2, reports Variety. The rumored $8 million dollar deal would make Jenkins the highest paid female director in history. Gal Gadot is already set to return for the sequel as the titular character. A massive success, the first Wonder Woman film made $409 million domestically and $813 million around the world. The sequel is set to hit theaters on Dec. 13, 2019.
