The media has been full of stories of space travel enthusiasts who are still planning on travelling to space with the bearded British entrepreneur Richard Branson, despite the fatal crash in the Mojave desert on Friday, but less noise is being made by those who are quietly cancelling their tickets.
It has now been revealed that Princess Beatrice will not be among those who will ultimately voyage with Virgin Galactic.
"Beatrice was excited by the idea of space tourism, but there is no way she will be going on one of the flights, if they are ever allowed to take place," a source tells the Daily Mail diarist Sebastian Shakespeare.

26-year-old Beatrice is closely connetced to the Branson empire. Her long-term boyfriend Dave Clark is head of ‘astronaut relations’ for Virgin Galactic.
The Princess and her mom, Fergie, have been guests on Branson's private Necker island in the Caribbean.
