RFK Jr. Reveals Cheryl Hines’ Sacrifice for His Trump Gig

AGE BEFORE BEAUTY

It may be another concession Hines has made since her husband’s leap into MAGA world.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said wife Cheryl Hines would stop sales of her beauty line, Hines+Young, if he’s confirmed to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.

Hines, 59, started the line of sustainable soaps, candles and creams with her daughter, Cat Young, in 2023.

In a financial disclosure released Wednesday, Kennedy, 71, said his wife “has agreed that Hines & Young, LLC, will stop sales of the company’s cosmetic inventory no later than 90 days from the date of my appointment.”

Kennedy’s confirmation hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday. The former independent candidate faces opposition in the Senate because of his anti-vaccine views.

Hines+Young’s closure is another concession Hines has made since her husband’s leap into MAGA world. The lifelong Democrat and once-vocal Trump critic has kept silent since dropping out of the race and endorsed Trump in August.

After news broke that Kennedy was embroiled in a sexting affair with political reporter Olivia Nuzzi in September, she was reportedly considering divorce—but now seems to have moved on and thrown her support fully behind her husband.

Though Hines+Young may be forced to shut down, the brand’s legacy will live on—namely, the bizarre video of Kennedy half-naked in the shower that Hines posted to hawk “Make America Healthy Again” candles.
