Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore may in fact finally be removed from the bench after continued efforts by the Southern Poverty Law Center. The Alabama Judicial Inquiry Committee reviewed the organization's ethics complaint and decided there was enough evidence to file ethics charges against him. The SPLC filed the complaints after Moore did not allow same-sex marriage in the state.
