Donald Trump and Joe Biden will reportedly share a limo to the MAGA chief’s swearing-in Monday, despite Trump’s continual bashing of the Democrat. Trump devoted part of his pre-inauguration rally to blasting his predecessor, before his team also joked about a White House “EVICTION NOTE” for Biden on X. Biden’s behavior toward his political adversary, meanwhile, has been classy since Trump’s win in November. CNN reported that the outgoing president will follow tradition by writing Trump a letter and leaving it on the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office, while he and First Lady Jill Biden will also host Donald and Melania Trump for a tea and coffee reception before piling in for their no doubt awkward limo ride to the Capitol. Trump famously skipped Biden’s inauguration in 2021. Still, a formal farewell will be held for Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris—moments before Trump heads off to sign his much-talked-about executive orders.
