President Donald Trump has revoked the security details of former President Joe Biden’s children, Hunter and Ashley. In a post on Truth Social Monday night, Trump complained about Hunter having Secret Service protection “for an extended period of time, all paid for by the United States Taxpayer.” The president claimed that Hunter had 18 people in his detail, slamming it as “ridiculous.” “Please be advised that, effective immediately, Hunter Biden will no longer receive Secret Service protection,” Trump wrote. “Likewise, Ashley Biden, who has 13 agents, will be taken off the list.” The president also took a swipe at South Africa, where he claims Hunter is currently vacationing, over alleged human rights violations. It’s the latest in a series of security detail revocations under the second Trump administration. Trump previously took away the security details of John Bolton, his own former national security adviser, and Mike Pompeo, his former secretary of state. The administration has also gone after the security details of top Biden officials, including Anthony Blinken and Jake Sullivan.
