President Donald Trump has stripped the security clearances of more officials from the Biden Administration, White House officials said on Saturday. Trump revoked the security clearances of former Secretary of State Antony Blinken and former National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, Reuters reported. The move came a day after Trump did the same to former President Joe Biden, who will no longer receive intelligence briefings. Trump has also withdrawn the security clearances for Biden’s Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco—who assisted in coordinating the Department of Justice’s response to the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol—as well as two AGs who led cases against him: New York Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. In 2021, Biden revoked Trump’s security clearance after Trump was impeached following the Jan. 6 attacks and left office.
